DANE COUNTY:     Tax amounts are online.  T  axpayers can also get E-Bills and E-Receipts by going to http://accessdane.co.dane.wi.us/ clicking on the Public Access oval, and entering Property Information. In the right hand column under tax information, Click on E-Bill or E-Receipt. E-bill reproduces the tax bill and E-receipt shows the payments made for tax amounts. 

 GREEN COUNTY :   Tax information is online by going to www.co.green.wi.gov  and clicking on the Land Records System tab on the right

February 10, 2011 Minutes
Members Present: Heather Kirkpatrick, Nadine Walsten, Steve Lust, , Scott Meier,
Jared Holthe, Dorothy Frandy
Members Absent: Dave Fahey, Nissan Rodriguez
Others Present: Tim Belter
Meeting was called to order at 6:35 PM by Kirkpatrick.
Walsten motioned to approve the 11/11/10 minutes. Motioned was seconded by
Holthe. Frandy abstained. Motion carried.
Frandy motioned to approve the 1/13/11 minutes. Motioned was seconded by
Walsten. Motion carried unanimously.
The Committee reviewed their discussion on a business park from the last meeting.
The Committee will create a list of potential developers and appraisers and pass the
information on to any interested parties.
Meier motioned to recommend to the Village Board to gather costs for a water
study in the Village. The Committee feels this is vital information the Village Board
should know. Motioned was seconded by Walsten. Motion carried unanimously.
Kirkpatrick motioned to recommend to the Village Board to gather costs for Village’s
urban service area expansion. Motioned was seconded by Walsten. Motion carried
unanimously.
Lust motioned to recommend to the Village Board to set aside $7,000, currently
budgeted under Economic Development, from the 2007 BAN to update signs at
Smithfield Park (1 sided), the Community Building (1 sided) and the south entrance
to the Village (2 sided). Motioned was seconded by Frandy. Motion carried
unanimously.
Walsten will talk to the Village Attorney about the process required if the Village
considered purchasing land for development.
A Business Classification checklist, for existing and potential businesses, was
discussed.
A draft of a Community Survey will be provided to the Committee at the next
meeting.
Meier motioned to adjourn the meeting at 8:37 PM. Motion was seconded by
Kirkpatrick. Motion carried unanimously.
