In the right hand column under tax information, Click on E-Bill or E-Receipt. E-bill reproduces the tax bill and E-receipt shows the payments made for tax amounts. VILLAGE BOARD - SPECIAL MEETING FOLLOWING JOINT VILLAGE BOARD, PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION, AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE MEETING
APRIL 30, 2013 9:31 p.m.
President Walsten called the Village Board meeting to order on April 30, 2013 at 9:31 p.m. at the Community Building immediately following the joint meeting. Trustees present were Todd Klahn, Steve Lust, Dorothy Frandy, Dean Van Den Eng, Sue McCallum, John McNaughton. Others present were Clerk Strause, PW Director Langer, Atty Christopher, Errin Welty from Vierbicher.
At 9:32 p.m., Trustee Van Den Eng moved, second Frandy, unanimously carried by roll call vote to convene to Closed Session Pursuant to WI Stats 19.85 (1)(e) to establish Business Complex lot prices and negotiation process.
Trustee Van Den Eng moved, second McNaughton, carried to reconvene to open session at 9:51 p.m.
Trustee Van Den Eng moved, second Frandy, carried to direct Josh Straka, Strand Engineering , to design a combination of Options A & B of his presentation extending the pavement only to cover the potential one acre frontage lots, removing two laterals at the end of Option B, and having a separate addendum in the bid adding storm water.
Trustee Frandy moved, second Van Den Eng, carried to market the Business Complex lot prices starting at $25,000 per acre with incentives available.
Trustee Frandy moved, second Van Den Eng, carried to adjourn at 9:55 p.m.
